Your information, handled the way we handle everything.

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter in it. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, phone number, your message, the options selected on the form, which guide you asked for, and, for the home value tool, details about your property.

Our forms also send how you reached this site, when that is known: the platform and campaign named in the link you followed, the page that referred you, and the first page you landed on here. It tells us which post or page brought you to us.

To slow spam, our server holds the internet address a form was sent from in its memory for a short time. It is not saved with what you sent.

We do not collect payment information on this site, and we do not buy data about you from anyone.

The payment estimators work differently from our forms. Their math runs in your browser, so the numbers you type into them are not saved and not sent to us. One of them lets you ask for a person. If you do, we receive what you enter in that request: your name, your email, a phone number or note if you add one, and whether you asked for our market notes. None of your numbers come with it.

We use what you share to do the thing you asked for: answer your message, send you the guide you requested, or prepare an honest read on your home's value.

If you asked for one of our guides, or ticked a box for our market notes, we may also send you occasional emails. Each of those emails includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes one click.

We keep a record of our conversations in our client system so that when you come back, we remember where you left off. That is part of how we make sure nobody is forgotten or handed off.

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this site: hosting, email delivery, our email list, and our client records. They process your information only to provide those services for us.

We never sell your personal information, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing.

This site uses two analytics services to understand which pages are useful: Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser so it can recognize the same browser on a later visit. It also records some of what you do on a page: scrolling, tapping a phone or email link or one of our main buttons, starting a form, and when a form you sent went through. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Neither service receives the numbers you type into our payment estimators.

The Ask MiniMo helper on this site is a separate service, run from askminimo.com under its own privacy policy. Nothing is sent there unless you open it. If you do, what you enter, including your email address and your questions, goes to askminimo.com. If you ask it to pass your details to our team, or tick its box for our market updates, we receive them.

You can unsubscribe from our email list at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you and take your record out of use. The contact page reaches our team directly, and you can also call the number below.

This site is for adults making housing decisions. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

When our practices change, we update this page and the date at the top of it.
