Momentus Real Estate Group

For Buyers

What if someone explained the process before you ever toured a home?

Most people start with listings and hope the understanding catches up. We flip the order. Education first, an honest read on where you stand, and then the homes. It is a calmer way to buy, and it leads to better decisions.

The order that works

01

One honest conversation

45 to 60 minutes, free. Phone, video, or face to face, whatever works for you. Your timing, your math, the life the home has to fit. No charge, and nothing you have to do next.

02

A written read on where you stand

When financing is part of your plan, one introduction to the right lender for your situation. That lender tells you exactly where you stand and puts it in writing.

03

Three honest answers

Ready now. Ready soon, with a plan and a date. Or not right now, and that's okay. Every answer comes with a path, and someone walking it with you.

04

Then, and only then, the homes

By the time you tour your first home, you know your numbers, your boundaries, and your plan. That is what turns house hunting from stressful to clear.

Questions buyers ask

How do I know if I'm ready to buy a home?
You don't have to know. That is the point of the first conversation. We sit down for 45 to 60 minutes, free, and look at your timing, your math, and the life you want the home to fit. When financing is part of the plan, we make one introduction to the right lender for your situation, and that lender tells you where you stand in writing. You leave with one of three honest answers: ready now, ready soon with a plan and a date, or not right now. Every answer comes with a path.
What if the answer is "not yet"?
"Not yet" is not a no. It is a plan, a date, and someone walking it with you. Most of the families we work with started somewhere in the middle of the decision, not at the finish line. If the honest read says the timing is not right, you will know exactly what has to change and when to check back in. Nobody gets sent away and forgotten.
Do I need to talk to a lender before I talk to you?
No. Come as you are. If financing turns out to be part of your plan, we make one introduction to the right lender for your situation, and that lender puts where you stand in writing. Maureen Cappallo is a Texas real estate broker, not a loan officer, so credit, qualification, and rate questions belong with a licensed lender. Our job is to make sure the right one is sitting across from you.
What does it cost to work with Momentus as a buyer?
The first conversation is free, with no obligation. Before we ever tour a home together, we walk through representation and compensation openly, in plain language, and put the agreement in writing so you know exactly how your agent is paid before you commit to anything.
How competitive is the DFW market right now?
It changes by county, by price range, and by month, which is exactly why we do not answer that question with a headline. In the first conversation we look at the specific market you would actually be buying in, across our eight North Texas counties, and what it means for your timing and your offer strategy.

Maureen Cappallo is a Texas real estate broker, not a mortgage lender or loan officer. Anything here about financing is general education, not advice about your loan. A licensed lender confirms your specific numbers and timeline.
